For those with a tight schedule, this is a truncated version of the PADI Open Water Course. You’re taught SCUBA diving basics, 3 theory modules, a day of shallow water skills and 2 open water dives. At the end of this course, you’ll have a certificate that will allow you to dive to 12 meters under Dive Master or Instructor supervision. The SCUBA Diver certificate is valid worldwide and can be upgraded to a PADI Open Water Certificate anytime.

The PADI Open Water Course is your doorway to an incredible underwater world – the stuff of National Geographic. This PADI course provides you with an internationally recognized license to dive anywhere in the world. You learn diving fundamentals through knowledge development (5 modules), skill training, equipment orientation and troubleshooting in shallow water (or a swimming pool) and 4 open water dives with skill exercises. The course is progressive, and allows students to get comfortable in shallow water before practicing skills in the open water. The PADI Open Water certification is valid worldwide and does not need renewal.

Now that you have the diving fundamentals, explore some of diving’s most rewarding aspects under instructor supervision. This course includes 3 dives (choose among deep dives, navigation, search and recovery, underwater naturalist, multilevel and computer diving, peak performance buoyancy and night diving) that also help you hone your SCUBA skills. The three dives you elect for here are credited towards the five required for the PADI Advanced Open Water Course, leaving you just two dives from the next certification level!

Under instructor supervision, the PADI Advanced Open Water course allows you to dive deeper than you would with an Open Water certification and introduces you to different kinds of diving. It allows you to improve on the skills you learnt in the Open Water course. The Deep Dive and Navigation Dives are mandatory the AOW course, increasing your maximum depth to 30m (21 m for Jr. Advanced Divers). The remaining three elective dives can be chosen from the following:

• Nitrox (additional charges for theory)

If you’ve ever wondered how you might help someone in a medical emergency, the Emergency First Responder course will provide you with the basic skills to assist in an emergency until professional help arrives. Although the EFR course meets PADI Rescue Diver prerequisites, we recommend it for everybody. The course teaches you the skills required to assist people both on land and in the water, giving you the confidence to respond to medical emergencies, and therefore potentially help save a life!

The PADI Rescue Diver course is probably the most challenging and rewarding course in recreational diving. Aside from building your confidence and selfsufficiency in the water, the Rescue Diver course teaches you to look after and be aware of fellow divers. The course, which many claim is the best they have taken, covers topics like self-rescue and diver stress, emergency management and emergency equipment, panicked diver response, in-water rescue breathing protocols, egress (exits) and dive accident scenarios. Our instructors take you through shallow water rescue skills and theory before the final real-life scenario practice in open water. Rescue training makes you a better diver, but more importantly, it can help you save a life!
